A complete platform built from scratch for a family-owned restaurant, live in production: order management, point of sale with thermal ticket printing, invoicing, a sales and operations dashboard with reports, and an employee portal for hour tracking.

Backend in Node.js/Express on MySQL with Hexagonal Architecture (ports and adapters); frontend in Mithril.js + Tailwind CSS. Easy to extend and test, independent of frameworks.
